This recipe makes two servings.
Ingredients:
200g mango (frozen or unfrozen)
150ml milk
100ml fat free natural yogurt
100ml orange juice
Method:
1. Measure out the mango. If using frozen mango, leave to defrost for an hour or so.
2. Place the mango, milk, natural yogurt and orange juice in a blender. Blend until all mixed in.
3. Pour and enjoy!
