Mango & Orange Smoothie Recipe

I love making my own smoothies like my strawberry and banana smoothie recipe. This mango and orange smoothie recipe is thick and tasty. If you use defrosted mango, the drink turns out to be quite cold!

This recipe makes two servings.

Ingredients:

200g mango (frozen or unfrozen)
150ml milk
100ml fat free natural yogurt
100ml orange juice

Method:

1. Measure out the mango. If using frozen mango, leave to defrost for an hour or so.
2. Place the mango, milk, natural yogurt and orange juice in a blender. Blend until all mixed in.
3. Pour and enjoy!
