This recipe serves two for a serving of pork but I would recommend doubling it for something like chicken wings due to the bigger surface area!
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
50g soft brown sugar
1/2 tsp chilli flakes / crushed chilli
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato puree
1. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Stir until no more sugar is visible and the mixture is thick.
3. Take half of the mixture out and put it into another bowl.
4. Marinade the meat in the mixture in the mixing bowl and refrigerate covered in cling film for 30 minutes.
5. Cook the meat according to instructions. Halfway through the cooking time, apply some of the spare BBQ sauce.
6. When the meat is cooked, put onto plates and add the desired amount of BBQ sauce from the spare supply.
Enjoy!
I'll be sharing the recipe for the potatoes and rice in the pictures soon so I will update this post when I have.

DeleteSounds delicious, although we have found chilli flakes tough to find during lockdown for some reason!
ReplyDeleteTry crushed chillis or frozen chopped chilli!
DeleteHomemade BBQ sauce is the best. I have tried a few different recipes before and loved them all. I will have to give this one a try as it looks great.
