Quick and Easy Low Fat Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Smoothies are delicious, healthy and refreshing. This is a quick and easy low fat recipe for a yummy thick strawberry and banana smoothie.

This recipe makes 2 servings!

Strawberries 100g (4oz) fresh or frozen
1 fresh banana or 100g frozen banana
Fat free greek yogurt 100ml
Semi-skimmed milk 100ml

1. If you are using fresh fruit, cut the tops off of the strawberries and half them. Wash the strawberries. Cut the banana up into smaller sections.
2. Put the fruit into the blender and add the greek yogurt and milk.
3. Blend and enjoy!
