Best Ever Delicious Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

I love triple chocolate chip cookies that remain soft days after baking. This is my favourite recipe for making delicious cookies.

This recipe makes 12 cookies, or you can double the ingredients to make 24!

Ingredients:

50g (2oz) white chocolate chips
25g (1oz) milk chocolate chips
25g (1oz) dark chocolate chips (you can also use a block of cooking chocolate, or vary your amounts of different chocolate to your tastes)
100g (4oz) butter or margarine
50g (2oz) caster sugar
150g (5oz) self-raising flour
30ml (2 tbsp) condensed milk
50g (2oz) cocoa powder

1. Pre-heat your oven to gas mark 4 or 180°c/350°F.
2. Grease baking trays and add baking paper.
3. If using blocks of chocolate, break the chocolate up.
4. Beat the butter/margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy, there should be no lumps.
5. Add the flour and cocoa powder to the mixture and mix alternately with the condensed milk.
6. Add the chocolate in smaller amounts and mix until you have added all of the chocolate and the mixture is even.
7. Take spoonfuls of the mixture, 1 desert spoon typically equals one cookie, depending on the size of the cookie that you would like. Place the spoonful of mixture on the tray and flatten with the spoon or your hand and repeat.
8. Place cookies in the oven and cook for 15-17 minutes.
